I am Ruben Gardner, I am qualified in a variety of subjects:

• Graduate in mechanical Engineering (Cardiff University, BEng)
• 200hr Yoga Teacher Training (Yoga & Ayurveda Centre)
• Osteopathy degree (Student, IIOA at San-Sebastian)
• Craniosacral therapy & Biodynamics

I work at a dental clinic in Bilbao, Spain. I’m in charge of working with patients following an orthotropic treatment. We use the functional breathing from OA combined with Craniosacral therapy to improve the results.

I am happy to take individuals or groups for breath work or orthotropic treatment in the area of Bizkaia or Online. I will do free work for charity.
