About Me
Sam has been helping people achieve their health-related goals since 2007, working as a personal trainer, soft tissue therapist and most recently an Oxygen Advantage instructor.
Sam's struggles with asthma as a child motivated him to pursue a career in the wellness industry. From early on in life Sam realized the importance of prioritizing health.
After years working as a successful personal trainer, Sam's hunger for knowledge and desire to help people led him into soft tissue therapy. After qualifying at the prestigious London School of Sports Massage (LSSM), he worked at various clinics helping people overcome soft tissue related injuries and conditions. Sam has experience with a variety of clients ranging from elite athletes training for a new personal best, to osteoarthritis sufferers wanting to get through their day pain free.
Since childhood Sam has used exercise, nutrition and medication to manage his asthma but was still prone to wheezing and attacks. At 36 Sam discovered Oxygen Advantage. After following the program for only a few weeks, he saw huge improvements in his physical and mental health.
