Sara is a movement and breathwork specialist.

Her intention is to bring more somatic awareness into a world overly mind-focused.

As an Animal Flow instructor and certified trainer, Sara guides people into this awareness mainly through movement. Breathwork is the element that connects it all.

Certified in Conscious Connected Breathing - trauma informed breathwork, and Oxygen Advantage, Sara leads individuals into a journey of self-awareness.
