I am a Functional Medicine Health Coach specialising in brain health. I have trained with Dr Dale Bredesen’s company, Apollo Health, the leading U.S. institution, recognised globally for its dementia and Alzheimer prevention and reversal programmes.
I understand the fear of Alzheimer’s and have lived the heartbreak it can cause but I also strongly believe that knowledge is power and there is always hope if you choose to take action. The great news is that science is moving fast, hope absolutely does exist and, whether you want to protect or heal your brain, there are lots of steps you can take.
I help people who may be experiencing the first symptoms of cognitive decline or who have a family history of Alzheimer's and want to adopt science-led strategies to optimise and protect their brain health. Sleep and stress management are critical elements of my programme is why I trained with Oxygen Advantage. I incorporate Functional Breathing into my practice for clients who need support in these areas.
I work independently to help clients implement lifestyle changes and alongside doctors and practitioners, also trained in ReCode2.0, where an analysis of blood and other biomarkers is required. I am based in the UK and my practice is predominantly online.
