Shaileen Patton

Shaileen Patton is a former finance attorney who left the world of law behind shortly after having her first son. She completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2017 and regularly teaches yoga to students of all ages and abilities. Yoga teacher training introduced her to the world of breathing, and she began to pay closer attention to her own respiratory habits. Additional research led her to the Buteyko Method, and she immediately signed on to a training with Patrick McKeown in 2022. After applying the Buteyko Method with clients for over a year, Shaileen completed her Oxygen Advantage Certification in 2024 to help individuals, including herself and her own family, improve their running and sports performance.

Shaileen specializes in helping adults and children with anxiety and panic disorder yet assists all individuals who are interested in improving their daily health or sports performance through their breath.
