About Me
Hi, I'm Sharyl and I am a certified Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor. Since discovering Pranayama, which is the practice of breath regulation, I realise just how life changing breathwork really is. In 2019 I completed training with Michael Bijker and became a certified Breathwork Instructor. Using my skills and knowledge, I could confidently teach my clients how to stimulate and energise the mind and body, as well as how to calm and center themselves.
In 2021 I decided to delve deeper into breathing. I studied with Oxygen Advantage, which has enhanced my understanding of breathwork on a more scientific level.
Today I work as a Breathwork Instructor. I work with many clients with various health conditions such as, anxiety, depression, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and insomnia. I also work with athletes to enhance their sports performance, maintain fitness levels during injury, and to speed up their recovery rate during rest.
I am passionate about using the power of breath to help change my clients lives for the better. I offer tailored breathwork classes for individuals, specifically targeting their needs. I also facilitate group classes, and offer corporate classes and workshops, both online and face-to-face.
