Five years ago, I discovered the power of breath to aid in my digestive and autoimmune conditions. When I realized how integral the breath is to all vital functions, I started sharing tips with my massage clients and many had their own "Wow!" moments. I chose to dive down the breathwork rabbit hole, and after learning about many modalities and practices, I decided it was my turn to share the power of functional breathwork in order to help clients connect with their breath and change dysfunctional patterns. I use my knowledge of anatomy/physiology, kinesiology, respiration and more to assess and address the concerns I hear from my clients, while empowering them to understand their bodies and discover the most beneficial activities/self-care options for their lifestyle.

I currently work around Carson City, NV, USA offering mobile therapeutic massage and breathwork as well as virtual breath coaching sessions. Many of my clients have chronic conditions, are currently going through rehab or are training for athletic endeavors.
