I’m Stephan Alheim, an online health coach. I help people reach their health and fitness goals by using the TA (TrainerAlheim) 4 System. The components are strength, mobility, proper breathing and good nutrition habits.
Strength; while everyone has different goals here one thing is for sure; everyone needs to have a good base level of strength to move and control your body. I help my clients here by teaching optimal technique in everything we do and can work with you whether you have no equipment at all to a full gym.
Mobility: the more range of motion you have – along with strength to control that range of motion – the less chance of injury you have. Mobility is so important and often overlooked. If you want to stay healthy, you need to make sure you have good mobility
Breathing: another often overlooked area but with so many benefits. Learning to breathe properly and doing breathing exercises is something I honestly feel everyone can benefit from. The benefits are too good, from delivering more oxygen to your tissues, to calming stress, anxiety, sleeping better, strengthening your respiratory muscles/core and delaying lactic acid. If you haven’t learned performance breathing, you are truly missing out!
Nutrition: many people fail with diets because they don’t make it a habit. I use Precision Nutrition coaching to develop good habits with my clients over a year long period.
