I’m a qualified Personal Trainer and Fascial Stretch Therapist, I decided to add breathwork to my portfolio after I was recovering from open heart surgery. After coming out of surgery and having complications with my breathing and some paralysis to my diaphragm I started suffering from anxiety and depression. I was introduced to a Breath-worker who started doing daily sessions with me, Just after one session I could see the difference, in 2 weeks I noticed a massive decrease in my anxiety and depression and an overall change in myself that wanted me to help others and show them this amazing tool.
Since COVID my focus has been building my business around working with children and woen who have experienced or experiencing from anxiety, panic attacks or any type of trauma. Breathwork is just one more tool I can give to my clients.
I’m a mother to 3 amazing children and when I‘m not with them, you can find me either lifting weights practicing yoga or swimming across a lake somewhere.
