I am a personal and group trainer that comes from working in a corporate environment and seeing the strains that takes on people’s health.
I now run fitness retreats in and around New Zealand where I incorporate a focus on breathing and breathwork for sports performance as well as for any individual that is looking to increase their health, reduce stress, anxiety and feel better from the inside out.
I also will be running individual and group workshops where I help people integrate breathwork and movement into their daily lives, especially those that struggle with anxiety, stress and finding the time to prioritize their health. I run these in person and/or over remote video conferencing.
I also work with companies by teaching breathing workshops in their offices or on offsites.
