For me, Oxygen Advantage has enhanced and enriched a deeper understanding of the physiology of breath, unifying the yogic teaching with science-based evidence in why breathwork has been practiced for thousands of years to improve and maintain well-being and health. Breathing correctly greatly impacts our ability to understand and manage our emotions, behaviors, stress, trauma and depression and other health related issues.
My passion has always been to assist people to initiate and trust their own capacity to self-heal and live to their full potential. An integral part of this process is to deepen self-awareness of the body and mind, and the most effective tool is the power of conscious and functional breathing.
Offering a holistic approach to healing from the inside out, I have the privilege of helping many clients of all ages and walks of life (in person or online) with conditions ranging from stress, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, ADD, depression, grief, addiction, insomnia, asthma, and physical restrictions.
