Since 2020, when I trained as a breath coach, I have developed a particular interest in the breath and its amazing powers.
I came across the Oxygen Advantage method and Patrick a few years ago and have since participated in a couple of his online workshops with great interest. Especially his take on the breath and how its connected to our focus, concentration and mental health has always fascinated me.
What I find particularly appealing about this method is that it is very scientifically well-founded, and I can work with clients based on their individual challenges and needs. And it is easy to integrate in your everyday life in such a way that functional breathing and its benefits become part of your life.
Since proper breathing is essential for a balanced and healthy life—both mentally and physically—I can help a wide range of individuals, such as those suffering from stress, anxiety, sleep problems, and athletes looking to improve their performance.

I live and teach in Copenhagen area where I have my small practice in the Frederiksberg area. I teach both in native Danish and in English as well.
