I started my personal journey into breathwork with the Wim Hof Method in 2016. Tapping into the power of breath and seeing the effects that simple, everyday changes have on my health, fitness and state of mind, inspired me to dive into other modalities.

I’m an Oxygen Advantage instructor, a Buteyko instructor and a Pranayama and meditation teacher under Michaël Bijker. I’m a martial artist (Aikido and Jiu Jitsu), a recreational runner, diver and ice bather.

It’s my passion to work with people who want a better understanding of their breath and its impact on the expression of their health, sports performance, meditation and focus.

I think group work has great benefits, but there are times when one-on-one is appropriate.
