Tommy Blom

Tommy has been active as an instructor since 1996, helping people improve self defend skills, movement, strength, mobility and general performance. As an Expert 5, GIT member of Krav Maga Global under Eyal Yanilov, a Master SFG at StrongFirst under Pavel Tsatsouline, FMS, and much more he works with all part of the population from education instructors, professional users and civilians. The general goal for Tommy is improving peoples performance in all aspects, Breathing, movement, strength, mobility and self defense. He also runs his own training center in Gothenburg/Mölndal, Sweden.
