I read the Oxygen Advantage book in 2017 and did a workshop with Patrick McKeown that same year and have since integrated the practice into my daily life, doing regular breath holds and increasing my BOLT score substantially.
I run a business named Habits & Health delivering both online and face to face, group programmes, and 1-to-1 coaching. Helping people create habits that improve 5 aspects of their health: Sleep, Breathing, Nutrition, Movement & Mindset.
All of these areas are so interconnected and improvements in one area make improvements in other areas easier. Improving your breathing helps to get better sleep and that provides more energy, which makes movement and exercise easier, and is further aided by reducing processed foods and a more nutritious diet. They all feed into each other reducing inflammation in the body, strengthening the immune system, providing more energy resulting in being more productive, feeling good, and a higher quality of life.
As a certified “Tiny Habits” coach I’m able to help people make it far easier to adopt new behaviours they’ve been wanting to make and make them into daily habits.
Some clients choose to work on just 1 or 2 areas rather than all 5. If you’d prefer to focus only on Oxygen Advantage techniques just let me know.
