She has experience working with high performance companies, professionals, and athletes, including the San Diego Padres.
Doc Trish specializes in leveraging stress and deliberate rest, optimizing sleep, and utilizing breath training to elevate physical and mental health. Trish leads retreats, teaches at Masterminds, coaches corporate wellness, and facilitates private workshops. She is on a mission to empower people in their physical, mental, and sleep health- optimizing their human performance and expanding their human.
