I work as life- and business coach and breathwork trainer based in Hamburg, Germany. I am specialized in stress reduction, strengthening of self-esteem and self-reliance, as well as finding more balance while performing on high level.

The feeling of breathlessness is something I experienced a lot during my corporate life and daily athletic training, literally and in the figurative sense. Oxygen Advantage provided me the missing puzzle piece for my breathwork and coaching with individuals and corporations. It enables people to easily integrate breathwork into their daily lives and through that allows them to strengthen their mental and physical well-being.

I work with individuals, small groups and also teach breathing workshops with companies, both in person and remote via video conferencing.
