About Me
When she was 18 years old, Ursula was diagnosed with an anxiety and panic disorder. This diagnosis led her to pause the hectic life she was living and embark on a journey focused on her well-being. It was then, through yoga, that she discovered conscious breathing techniques and meditation.
She soon realized that for much of her life, she had been breathing in a shallow and rushed manner. This kept her body in a constant state of alertness, making her more prone to experiencing high levels of stress and anxiety.
Breathing—something so simple yet so powerful—is a practical tool that directly influences the autonomic nervous system. Learning to breathe properly not only transformed her relationship with anxiety but also became one of the greatest revelations of her life.
Today, she is certain that conscious and functional breathing is an accessible and transformative tool that everyone can use to cultivate calm and balance in their lives.

· Has over 10 years of experience as a practitioner of conscious breathing and meditation.
· Certified Advanced Oxygen Advantage® Instructor and Breath Coach certified by Yogabody®.
· Registered Yoga Instructor with Yoga Alliance (RYT 500, E-RYT 200, YACEP), trained in schools in India, United States, and Peru. She also has continuous training in Pranayama, Meditation, Ayurveda, and Sound Healing.
· Mindfulness facilitator accredited by the International Mindfulness Teachers Association (IMTA).
· Currently serves as the director of Ayana Holistic School, where she teaches courses, workshops, and retreats aimed at sharing tools for well-being.
Originally from Peru, she now lives in Fort Worth, Texas, where she teaches both online and in-person classes.

Cuando Ursula tenía 18 años, fue diagnosticada con trastorno de ansiedad y pánico. Este diagnóstico la llevó a hacer una pausa en la vida agitada que llevaba y a embarcarse en un viaje enfocado en su bienestar. Fue entonces, a través del yoga, que descubrió las técnicas de respiración consciente y meditación.
Pronto se dio cuenta de que, durante gran parte de su vida, había estado respirando de manera superficial y apresurada. Esto mantenía su cuerpo en un constante estado de alerta, haciéndola más propensa a experimentar altos niveles de estrés y ansiedad.
La respiración, algo tan simple y a la vez tan poderosa, es una herramienta práctica que influye directamente en el sistema nervioso autónomo. Aprender a respirar correctamente no solo transformó su relación con la ansiedad, sino que también se convirtió en una de las mayores revelaciones de su vida.
Hoy, está convencida de que la respiración consciente y funcional es una herramienta accesible y transformadora que todos podemos usar para cultivar calma y equilibrio en nuestras vidas.
