During our sessions, I will support and guide you to develop optimal breathing by exploring the Oxygen Advantage technique, along with other yogic breathing practices and simple movements, based on your needs.
I teach online and face to face (outside where possible). There are options for small group online classes, or one-to-one sessions tailored to your particular needs.
