As a yoga teacher and lifelong health & wellness enthusiast, my teaching and practising has led me to explore and study the importance of breathing in all that we do.  Finding and studying with Oxygen Advantage compliments yogic pranayama perfectly, based on the ancient yogic practices which integrated light breathing.

The more I learn, the more I want to share this transformative practice with others.

Breath is the ultimate essence of life, and yet how often do we look at the quality of our breathing?

I teach online and face to face.   There are options for small group online classes, or one-to-one sessions tailored to your particular needs.  In both formats, I will support and guide you to develop optimal breathing by exploring Oxygen Advantage technique.
