I began my career, after completing graduate school, working as a Sex Crimes detective in New Jersey. After the birth of my first child, I decided to retire from law enforcement to stay home. That is when I found Crossfit and fell in love.

As a lifelong athlete, CrossFit really fit into my life. I certified in Crossfit level One and Two, USA weightlifting, and a specialized course in women’s fitness. I became a Coach at Guerrilla Fitness Crossfit Montclair, where I still coach today.

I was introduced to Oxygen Advantage from a friend that knows I am always looking to learn more ways to improve my fitness knowledge. As a person who has suffered from sports-induced asthma, OA gave me an opportunity to finally breathe…

After finishing the book, I was hooked. Learning how much the breath can alter so many aspects of your mind and body was intriguing to me. I looked into ways to use this to help others, and it lead me to the instructor course.

I recently opened my own personal training business, where I can more specifically fit the training to each individual. This includes multiple aspects of training, including breathwork. Learning to nasal breathe through workouts and life has changed my fitness for the better.
