Vic here, most of us would admit that we could all benefit from a little more of these 3 things, Peace, Presence and Performance. The breathing techniques taught through the Oxygen Advantage have empowered both myself and my clients to improve in each of these areas.

I come from a strength, conditioning, coaching and Personal Training background. With over a decade of experience supporting athletes and general population clients attain their health and fitness goals.

I offer a client centered and holistic approach. With an Individualized program to meet you where you are, we will work together to achieve your goals, and get you where you want to be.
