As a certified Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathing Instructor, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to lead healthier lifestyles through effective breathing techniques. I work with individuals of all ages, including children, youth, adults, and athletes, helping them unlock their full potential and achieve a healthier, more vibrant existence—one breath at a time. My journey began as a mouth breather, plagued by snoring and the inability to keep my mouth closed throughout the day. This experience motivated me to explore better breathing practices, and a friend’s recommendation to read "The Oxygen Advantage" transformed my life.
I discovered the profound impact that proper breathing can have on physical health, mental clarity, and overall well-being. Inspired by my own progress, I am passionate about sharing this knowledge with others, guiding them to harness the power of their breath to enhance their quality of life.
