With a deep passion for breathwork and holistic well-being, Wayne is a certified Oxygen Advantage Instructor, Wim Hof Method Instructor, UEFA Licensed Coach and meditation coach. His journey into breathwork began as a personal exploration, rooted in overcoming anxiety and gaining control over their nervous system. This experience sparked a profound transformation that led him to specialise in breath-based techniques for mental clarity, emotional regulation and physical resilience.
As a former triathlete, Wayne understands the demands placed on both the body and mind, and how breathwork can enhance athletic performance and recovery. Through the Oxygen Advantage methods, Wayne helps individuals optimise their oxygen efficiency for better endurance, focus, and overall health. His Wim Hof Method instruction integrates breathwork with cold exposure and mindset training, empowering clients to unlock their full potential and improve stress management.
In addition to his athletic background, Wayne incorporates elements of meditation and functional breathwork into a clients practice, fostering deeper awareness and promoting inner calm. With a personalised, bespoke approach, he will guide each student towards improved physical performance, mental well-being, and a balanced, resilient nervous system.
