Zoe is a functional movement and breathwork coach based in Truro, Cornwall.
After years of neglecting her state of being, Zoe experienced burnout and recognised that healing came in pursuit of her passions. Her experience wasn’t linear and she called on several holistic therapies whilst qualifying as a Personal Trainer, before finding Breathwork, which served as the missing piece to connect her body and mind.
Zoe offers a holistic approach to wellness, combining Breathwork with functional movement, training in natural environments and taking a view of the whole being to feel better from the inside out. She works with those who are looking to improve their breathing fitness as well as their physical fitness and offers tools to deal with the stressors of daily life. Zoe has also trained with Alan Dolan and integrates conscious connected breathwork into her offering through sessions carefully designed to strip away negative thought patterns and self-limiting beliefs.
Instead of a focus on numbers on the scales, the intention is to feel stronger, move better and have more mental clarity and purpose in your life – all in a safe, fun and supportive environment.
