The Oxygen Advantage® Functional Breathing Instructor Training is structured around 11 essential modules and 5 supplementary that build your understanding of functional breathing from the ground up. You'll progress through core concepts—like assessing breathing patterns and applying the three dimensions of breath (biochemical, biomechanical, and psychophysiological)—into practical techniques for improving sleep, reducing stress, and enhancing movement.
Each module includes guided video presentations from Patrick McKeown, downloadable materials, and supporting videos on all breathing exercises.
To achieve your certification, you must score a minimum of 80% on the assessments for all required modules.
