Yes. All practices are fully guided and accessible. No previous breathwork, yoga, or meditation experience is needed.

Can I attend if I’m pregnant?
Yes, pregnant women are welcome at any trimester. Some practices, such as extended breath holds and certain energy techniques, are not suitable, but you’ll be promted to skip these and still benefit from the day.
You’ll learn about nasal breathing, optimal tongue posture, and how to support healthy breathing patterns—for yourself and your baby. This retreat also offers insight into how maternal breathing can influence fetal development and postnatal factors like latching and tongue tie.
The approach is flexible, and instructors will adapt in the moment as needed. If in doubt, consult your healthcare provider before attending.
What do I need to bring?
Comfortable clothes you can move in, a water bottle, and a notebook if you like. Everything else is provided.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Many women attend solo. The environment is warm, supportive, and designed for personal exploration.

Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you’re unwell or unable to attend due to emergency, a 50% refund will be issued with 48 hours’ notice. No refunds for no-shows.
