My passion is to make people move and feel better according to their own specific abilities and goals.

As a result of my experience as a Physioterapist and Personal Trainer, I realized that to ensure good musculoskeletal health, one has to preserve and maintain basic movement patterns like squatting, lungeing, pushing, pulling, etc., and it soon became apparent that breathing plays an important role in all of this.

I therefore started to incorporate respiratory techniques into my work, first taking into account only its biomechanical aspects, but then, after discovering Oxygen Advantage, I also started using its biochemical and cadence aspects in order to optimize body oxygenation. It was a game-changer for me and for my patients and clients

Some of my additional training includes the following methodologies: Mulligan Concept, SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment), DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization), NKT (Neurokinetic Therapy) and AIM (Anatomy in Motion).
